GI Pipe
Hot-Dip Galvanized Steel Pipe is a type of steel pipe treated with a zinc protective layer to prevent corrosion. The galvanizing process involves immersing the steel pipe in a molten zinc bath, enabling zinc and steel to form a metallurgical bond. This protective zinc layer effectively isolates steel from contact with rust and corrosion factors, thus making it suitable for various scenarios, particularly for applications exposed to outdoor or harsh environments, and is widely used in fields such as water supply, drainage, gas transmission systems, construction, and manufacturing.

Hot-Dip Galvanized Seamless Steel Pipe is a specialized steel pipe processed via the hot-dip galvanizing technique on the basis of seamless steel pipes. It is first manufactured into weldless steel pipes from solid metal billets through hot rolling, cold rolling, or extrusion processes, and then immersed in molten zinc, allowing zinc to form a tight metallurgical bonding layer on the pipe surface. This forms dual physical and electrochemical protection, effectively isolating steel from contact with air, moisture, and corrosive media, thereby significantly enhancing corrosion resistance and service life—typically ranging from 20 to 50 years depending on the environment. Due to its combination of high strength and pressure resistance from the seamless structure, as well as excellent corrosion resistance from the hot-dip galvanized layer, it is widely used in fields such as oil and gas transportation, corrosive medium conveyance, municipal water supply, marine engineering, and power engineering.
