Composite Steel Pipe

Plastic-Coated Composite Steel Pipe is a composite pipe made by taking ordinary steel pipes as the base material and uniformly coating one or more layers of plastic coatings (common materials such as epoxy resin and polyethylene) on their inner and outer surfaces through special processes, combining the structural strength of steel pipes with the corrosion resistance of plastics. Its key features include: excellent corrosion resistance, as the plastic coating can effectively isolate steel from corrosive media such as water, acids, alkalis, and microorganisms, significantly extending the corrosion-resistant service life of the pipe; smooth inner walls with low friction coefficient, which can reduce fluid transportation resistance and lower energy consumption; meanwhile, it retains the high strength and pressure resistance of steel pipes, with strong impact resistance and deformation resistance, making it suitable for various complex working conditions; in addition, the coating has strong adhesion, is not easy to peel off, and features convenient installation, which can be achieved through multiple methods such as welding and flange connection. Based on these characteristics, Plastic-Coated Composite Steel Pipe is widely used in fields such as municipal water supply, drainage, and sewage treatment, chemical medium transportation, fire sprinkler systems, circulating water pipelines for building air conditioning, underground gas transmission (low-pressure scenarios), agricultural irrigation, and mine water supply and drainage, especially excelling in humid and corrosive environments.

The Plastic Lined Compound Steel Pipe, constructed by lining thermoplastic materials (e.g., PE, PP) into galvanized seamless or welded steel pipes via cold-drawing or rotomolding, merges the mechanical strength of steel with plastic's corrosion resistance. Key features encompass: superior pressure/impact resistance (pressure-rated up to 1.6–2.5MPa, bendable to 10° without delamination), chemical inertness against acids/alkalis/salts, smooth inner surface preventing scaling while meeting potable water standards, broad operating temperatures (-30°C to 120°C), and versatile installations (grooved/flanged connections). It serves critical roles in building water supply/drainage, potable water and firefighting systems; chemical/oil corrosive fluid transport; power/metallurgy slag/fly ash pipelines; mining slurry disposal; and sterile fluid transfer in food/pharmaceutical industries, offering a reliable solution for corrosive and high-pressure environments.

GZPL's lined plastic composite pipes are widely used in water supply projects, including cold water and hot water types. Due to differences in material selection, performance requirements and production processes, their prices differ slightly. Please let us know which type you need, so we can provide the price.
